Hello. Please provide definitions of third party insurance and fully comprehensive insurance. Also, please state WHO is allowed to drive your insured vehicle on each of the different types of insurance.

Third party - (usually includes fire and theft cover for your vehicle but does not have to) This type covers only other peoples property and not your own car or property. The main difference is that if you are responsible for a claim and so your insurance

I have 3 cars under one policy but now that my son has a car I can't insure it yet because they only allow up to 3 cars. Can I insure my cars son under a new car insurance company?

I would call your insurance company and see if you can carry two policies with them but you can probably use a different carrier if you want. My husband had a bad driving record and even though both cars were in my name he had to use a different company.

If I buy a Nissan 350Z, which is a 2 seater sports car, does the amount change if I choose convertible top or hard top coupe?

Yes it does. However, only your insurer can tell you how much it would make a difference. Convertibles are easier to break into than coupes and it affects the theft potential, even if the car isn't high profile for auto theft.
