Do you get AAA discounts just for having AAA car insurance in California?

Do you automatically get AAA discounts for travel, etc. if you have AAA car insurance, or do you also have to pay for an additional membership or something!
you have to have AAA membership to buy the insurance although sometimes once you have insurance they might not make you renew your membership because is 2 different departments but technically you can't have insurance and not have a membership and the

I have above a 3.0 GPA so I qualify for the AAA Good Student Discount, but my mom thinks that I have a higher GPA than what I really have. If I submit an altered transcript, will they call the school to confirm? Will it still be fraud, because I still
Yes. They won't report you to police or the state or anything. I've never heard of anyone submitting an altered transcript other than to get the discount, so their normal action is to take away the discount. In your case, I don't know that they will take

will AAA car insurance cover a not-at-fault accident with a provisional license driver with a passenger?

as the title states. This is hypothetical. If a driver with a provisional license carrying a passenger gets hit by another driver who is insured and the other driver is at fault, can the insurance company still refuse to cover the provisional driver?
If you are actively breaking the law (provisional with passenger), most insurance companies will refuse coverage.
