I have questions about bankruptcy in California. First, do I have to file EVERYTHING? I would like to keep my personal loan and auto loan off of my bankruptcy due to the fact that they are never late and I don't have a problem with paying them. My

In Most states if you are not behind on your auto or other loan and you can file a 7 you do not have to include them............You do need to sign a reaff agreement with thoses creditors......

You do not have to file everything under your bankruptcy but keeping certain loans doesn't mean it will help your credit. Bankrucptcy does not leave your record for at least 7 yrs and people will hold it against you for sure. I don't think there is a
