A young lady driver crashed into the back of my car last week. There was no damage to her car and only slight paintwork damage to mine. She verbally admitted responsability saying her foot slipped off the clutch. I asked for her insurance details but

it was your responsibility to call a police officer when the accident happened. you can pursue her civilly.

i backed into an old lady, and im wondering how much it will be to fix her crappy ass car. i put a slight dent on the front panel above the tire. she says it affects the driving (the tire is obsturucted)

i was driving and i made a complete stop at the stop sign and i proceed after stop i was hit by a young lady who didnt even stop at her stop sign it was a four way stop...i dont have license or insurance but the driver that hit me had no license or insurance
yes she is liable because she didn't stop
