On the commercial auto application it asks if this is a service, commercial or retail vehicle. I know it's not retail. But what's the difference between a commercial vehicle and a service vehicle?
Service is a vehicle that you use to get to and from a job site. The vehicle itself, isn't used in the business. Typicially it would be like a salesperson's car.
Commercial is a vehicle that's actually used to perform the job - like

Service use are vehicles that transport the insurerd's personnel, tools, equipment and incidental supplies to and from a job site. Vehicles are at the job site the majority of the day. Examples would be Carpenters, Electricians, and Insurance Agents.
