They aren't "fronts", they are AGENCIES. They don't sell their OWN policies, they sell someone ELSE'S policies, and make a commission from the sales.

As a brand new driver, your'e likely to have to use the non-standard (high risk) market for a while, until you can establish a good (we hope!) record. Your premiums will be higher than those for the same age with a good record, but they'll come down.
