How good is USAA auto insurance?

I heard about a company called USAA for auto insurance yesterday. I think it's a website for military officers, and ex-officers or enlisted people. My dad was in the Air Force and I think that qualifies, but I dont know how good this company is or how

USAA is an incredible company for Auto Insurance, as well as banking, life insurance, and home/rental insurance.

Personally, I have Auto / Credit Card / Life Insurance / Rental Insurance all through USAA.

They are very good I had them for a few years and they were good with claims. I did switch to e-surance to save money though but have never made a claim with them.

When can we sign up for USAA AUTO insurance?

My husband left for basic a week ago. The website says we aren't eligible for auto insurance yet, and I'm unable to call as they're closed. When should we be able to sign up?

Also, for just a 23 year old man and his spouse, around what

autoinsurance.maclenet.com - try this one. I have their car insurance and, as I know, they can provide such a service.

my dad was in the marines but he had a honorable discharge..the usaa site says active an retired. Any one have a clue?

Why not call USAA and get the answer straight from them?

Survey: Most Insurers Need to Improve Customer Engagement Skills

NPS is calculated as the percentage of customers who rate the company 9 or 10 on a 0 to 10 point scale minus the percentage who rank the company 6 or lower. Consumers also rate each brand on various aspects of customer experience, including product or service features, customer service and overall value. 

“What the leading insurance companies are doing well is providing good rates relative to customer expectation and value, making it easy to do business with their company and doing things around customer service when the client requests it,” said John Abraham, general manager of Net Promoter programs at Satmetrix.

Most major health insurers ranked low on the totem pole with an industry average NPS of just 4 percent.

“Health insurance ranks low because dealing with health insurance can be difficult,” Abraham said. “It’s personal to have a claim rejected. People don’t feel they have a lot of control because in most cases their employer selects the health insurer.” He added that the finance sector struggles to create engagement with customers in a similar way that health insurers do.
