Nope...Phone lines are open apparently only mon-sat.

Collingwood or Quinn Direct car insurance?

I'm 17 and I'm getting a car soon and I've been looking on the internet for car insurance. Quinn Direct and Collingwood Insurance are a lot cheaper than the alternatives but that makes me wary of them. If anyone has been or is insured by one of these

From what I know they are fine.
Rather than them being cheaper, is the others that are overinflated they bank on people's laziness when shopping around and so they charge twice as much and get away with it.

You probably have a contract for the full amount to be paid in instalments, this will mean you still pay.
Ask your insurance company.
