How is it that Fred Loya Insurance doesn't charge broker fees?

There are two Fred Loya Insurance offices here where I live and they claim no broker fees, no commissions, just the premium.

How do they pay their agents??

I have heard they are scam artists, is that true?

The Fred Loya Insurance company as a whole, is not a scam artist. Insurance is regulated by the state, so most agents tend to try to be "good". Though I'm sure a few slip through and can act unethical and possibly illegal. I have heard a few

I don't know very much about them but I question any company that advertises insurance payments on the scene of the accident. You are so shaken up from the accident that you'll sign just about anything which waives their future responsibility if it turns

Has anybody else had a claim expire because Fred Loya Insurance let it get past the statute of limitations?

I had a car accident in 2004 and Fred Loya Insurance gave me the run-around until the statute of limitations run out and then legally I had no recourse. Did this happen to you? If so, contact me here and maybe we can get together and do something.

It is state law than an insurance company files and closes a cliam within a resonable time frame. If not, contact your Department of Insurance - just simple google "Department of Inurance" and your state.

do you think fred loya is a good insurance company for car insurance? if not do you know of any one else with cheaper rates? i called aamco and do you know that there company is NOT legitimate.the number was to a plumbing company. check it out 1866 223

There seems to be quite a few complaints about Fred Loya on ripoffreport.com, I can only imagine what the BBB has to say.
