FRED LOYA IS THE WORST INSURANCE I HAVE HAD......HORRIBLE SERVICE, AND THEY MAKE EXCUSES FOR A CAR ACCIDENT AND EXCLUDES EVERYONE THAT USED TO LIVE IN THAT ADDRESS(HOME ADDRESS).....THEY DON'T WANT TO PAY FOR MY ACCIDENT, AND THEY TOLD ME I DIDN'T HAVE
whining about it on Y!A isn't going to solve anything. Go to the BBB or customer service of the agency, or report them to the state. If enough people complain he'll be put out of business.

i believe you should have a receipt showing what you paid for....
either you are dumb and didn't understand what you paid for, or they are lying...
