Why do people keep answering my question if they don't know the answer? I dont need auto insurance,
It actually does say on the web site, it is a little hard to find. As it varies by location, you have to go through most of the rental process to find out. On the page after you enter your personal details it has a section on the lower right hand side

Has any one been hit by someone that had an Enterprise Rental Car. The accident not being your fault but being the Rental Car drivers fault.
What was your out come? How much of a headache was it.
I got the guys info and took photos.
If it was not your fault and have the proper insurance and driver's license then you should not have much of a headache. The insurance of both parties takes care of the problem as long that you report it to them. In any rate, getting involve in an accident
