THERE WAS NO COURT ORDER TO MAKE PAYMENTS. I MADE A AGREEMENT WITH FARMERS INSURANCE AND WAS MAKING PAYMENTS TO THEM UNTIL I LOST MY JOB 5 MONTHS AGO. BUT NOW HAVE A JOB AND WILLING TO START PAYING AGAIN. BUT NOW ITS A COLLECTION AGENCY THAT WANTS THE

my dad bought a car, put it in his moms name cause his credit is really bad.

well, my grandmal was paying about 80$ a month with Farmers insurance.
since she had to upgrade to full coverage the payment went up to 314$.

It happened in June 2006, I left my phone number with the other driver. He did not have uninsured motorist on his plan....but said he is not pushing anything that I would have to pay. Still the Farmers insurance attempted to make collection of payment

Uninsured Motorist coverage is usually required by the state. Under-insured Motorist is not.

Uninsured Motorist pays when you get hit by someone who did not have insurance.
