Besides these facts what are some other reasons to ban cell phone while driving?

they cause accidents,
if cell phones were to be ban than there would be lower accident rates, and insurance claims, drivers on cell phones drive too

because when u r on a phone call while driving let's say ur manager @ work is calling u'll b excited and wants 2 talk in a formal way so all ur concentration will go over da phone call and u won't even think abt da road try it but dnt make any accidents

Does any one know when or heard when Colorado will ban cell phones while driving ?

And also what about having our hand free device while chatting on our cell phone?

I don't know the specific answer for Colorado, though it is becoming more widespread every month/

I suggest giving a call, or stopping by a large/busy cellular phone store in your area and ask one of the sales reps. They'll have the scoop

Why should cell phones not be banned while driving?

I'm writing an argument essay over the topic of why cell phones should be banned and I can't find any sources that says that they shouldn't ban cell phones while driving (opposing side).

Is there anyone that can help me find sources please?

AAA Supports Cell Phone Ban for Novice Teen Drivers

DEARBORN, Mich., March. 15, 2012 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- AAA Michigan strongly supports legislation passed by the Michigan Senate today (March 15)  which prohibits novice teen drivers from talking on cell phones while driving.  Senate Bill No. 756, which was approved by a 28-10 vote, now goes to the Michigan House for consideration.

Under the legislation, teenage drivers with a Level 1 or 2 license will have to comply with cell phone restrictions.  The only exceptions would be allowing new teen drivers to report an accident, emergency or crime.  Numerous studies have shown that new teen drivers are far more likely to be involved in cell phone-related crashes than older drivers.
